1.1 Curriculum related to your major Features of K to 12 Curriculum -Follows the Spiral Progressing Approach Spiral curriculum design is one in which “key concepts are presented repeatedly throughout the curriculum, but with deepening layers of complexity.” The spiral curriculum also allows a logical progression from simplistic ideas too complicated ideas.

8. Pedagogical Contents

1.1 Teaching methods The teacher uses Total Physical Response (TPR) in the teaching and learning process which has a purpose to help students develop learning fluency. The other language skills, speaking and writing, are supposed to be learned in a later stage as Asher believes that the ability to understand a language by listening to it would later have a positive effect on building the other skills.

On Friday 18, we had an opening ceremony which held in Educ Building. The first speech was opened by Asst. Prof. Leonila Wilhelmina N. Baltazar, MbioEd as Principal, UST Education High School. She told about The SEAL of Thomasian Education or 21st-century skill attributes of an ideal Thomasian Graduate.

5. Day 3// UST Library Tour

UST Library or it called Miguel de Benavides Library has six floors and sixteen sections. The library also has five branch libraries which are located in a different building inside the university. At that time we only looking around in the Grand Floor, I only saw the other floor through a video that was shown by a staff member to me and it amazes me!! They have millions of collections of books

Actually, I don't like going to the museum because that bores me. that's very bad. Then I went to The National Museum located next to Rizal Park. The building looks and feels like new because it went through a major renovation in 2012.

It turned out that due to a very tiring trip yesterday, I could sleep well and enjoy the second day with enthusiasm. Firstly we headed to the Fort Santiago, one of its premier tourist attractions and one of the most important and historical sites in Manila. Fort Santiago is one of the oldest fortifications in Manila which was built in 1571. Visitors will be charged a fee of P 50 for students and children and P 75 for adults. When entering the area, visitors will be given a map of The Fort Santiago and Intramurous so you don't worry about being strayed.

2. On the way to Philippines

[15/01] The first day begins with a trip to the Juanda International Airport. The plane flight at 5:00 a.m. and arrived at 6:00 o'clock. While the check-in process at 8 o'clock. I waited very long, I was so sleepy !! When the officer arrived at the counter, I immediately approached him. I'm a little worried about my baggage. My suitcase is very heavy and I don't want to be charged extra for it. But thank God, my luggage is only around 17kg !! Then I went to the immigration officer and did the boarding process. This is my first experience abroad and I am very nervous and excited. When the plane will take off, I have felt something strange from me, and rightly, it turns out I am sick. I experienced nausea at first take of. That's because I don't have enough breakfast. Before that, I only ate bread and milk and it wasn't enough for me. During the trip to Changi Airport, I could only sleep.
